Shri Pansar Tirth

Mulnayak: Nearly 91 cms high, white-colored idol of Bhagawan Mahavir Swami in the Padmasana posture.

Tirth: It is near the village of Pansar.

Historicity: The artistic works of this place speak highly of its antiquity. There is a serene, beautiful, and miraculous idol of Bhagawan Mahavir Swami. It appeared from the ground in 1966 of the Vikram era. Later on, a splendid temple was built and the idol was formally installed in it on the 6th day of the bright half of the month of Vaishakh in the year 1974 of the Vikram era.
Many miracles that happened here, raised significance of this place.

Other Temples: There is another temple in the village. The idol of Bhagawan Dharmanath is there. A Jalmandir is also set up in the compound of the main temple of the sacred place of Pansar.

Works of art and Sculpture: The idol of this temple was found from the open ground. Other five ancient idols were also found from the ground in the year 1991 of the Vikram era. Their artistry is beautiful.

Guidelines: The Pansar railway station is near the temple. It is on the Ahmedabad-Mehsana road. Bus service and vehicles are available here. There are good boarding and lodging provisions.
