Mulnayak: Shantinath Bhagwan. In the basement of this temple there is a 120 cms. high, black - colored idol of Bhagawan Lodhan Parshvanath in the semi - Padmasana posture.

Tirth: It is in a street of the city of Dabhoi.

Historicity: On observation, this splendid and artistic idol seems to be very ancient. It is said that this is the idol which was formally installed by Tejpal, the advisor of King Virdhaval at the time of renovating this large fort. This idol is made of sand and it remained in deep waters for a long time, but not a single particle of sand is separated, Seeking the marvels and miracles of this idol, king Sagaradatta built a splendid temple and got this idol reinstalled in if. This temple was lastly renovated in the year 1990 of the Vikram era. Since this idol was found to be strong like iron, devotees began to call it by the name of Lodhana Parshvanath. The leading Upadhayaya, Yashovijayaji Saheb died here in the year 1743 of the Vikram era.

Other Temples: Near this, there is an ancient temple of Shamala Parshvanath. Also there are three other temples.

Works of art and Sculpture: Though the idol is made of sand, it looks like iron. Its artistry is wonderful and eye - catching.
The nearest railway station is Dabhoi and the bus station is at a distance of two kilometers. The Vadodara - Dabhoi road is 32 kilometers long. Buses, taxis, horse - carriages and autorickshwas are vehicles available here. There are also Dharmshalas and Bhojanashalas.
